THE LEGAL VILLAGE, the legal protection branch of insurer AXA, wanted to digitise its online appointment booking process.
It was therefore natural for them to call on the LegalOps team to think through the project from design to implementation. LegalOps defined the specifications, designed the various workflows, liaised with the developers and tested the platform before successfully launching it into production.
Furthermore, the law firm LEX4U, of which LegalOps founder Me Frédéric DECHAMPS is a member, is among the experts responsible for answering various questions.
The platform has been live since 2021.
